How to order custom DTF transfers
A gang sheet is one large printed film you cut yourself. Our wholesale sheet is 58cm wide by 100cm long. Prepare files at the size they will print. We print what you send — we do not resize or recolour unless you ask.
1. Send print-ready artwork
CMYK, 300 DPI, transparent background where nothing should print. Keep names and sizes readable at press size.
2. We print, powder and cure
Full colour plus white underbase. The sheet arrives ready to cut. No weeding step.
3. You cut, press and peel
Use the heat-press settings supplied with the transfer. Test coated and stretch fabrics on a spare garment first.
Two ways to print with DTF Ocean
We print the transfers. Send artwork for a 58cm × 100cm wholesale gang sheet. We print CMYK plus white, powder and cure the film. You cut, place, press and peel. There is no weeding. This is the usual route for shops that want finished transfers without running a DTF printer.
You print in-house. We stock the consumables a DTF printer actually uses: Volt DTF film, inks, powder, printheads and spare parts. Order before 12 noon and we dispatch the same day so a mid-week stock-out does not stop production.

What artwork files should I upload for DTF printing?
Upload clean, high-resolution artwork at the final required print size. A 300 DPI file with a transparent background is recommended where no background should be printed. PNG, PDF, PSD or AI files may be suitable depending on the selected product. Check spelling, dimensions and image quality before submitting.
Which fabrics are suitable for DTF transfers?
DTF transfers are commonly applied to cotton, polyester and cotton-polyester blends. Fabric coatings and heat sensitivity can vary, so nylon, waterproof, stretch or delicate garments should be tested before a full production run. Always follow the instructions supplied with the transfer.
What heat press settings should I use for DTF transfers?
Use the exact temperature, pressing time, pressure and peel method supplied with your transfer. Settings can differ according to the transfer film and garment material. Test one garment first before completing a larger production run.
How long do DTF transfers last and how should they be washed?
A correctly applied DTF transfer is designed to remain durable through repeated washing. For better print life, wash garments inside out on a cool cycle, avoid bleach and excessive tumble-dryer heat, and do not iron directly over the printed design.
Can I place multiple designs on one DTF gang sheet?
Yes. A DTF gang sheet can contain multiple logos, names or designs within the available print area. Arrange each design at its final required size and leave enough space between the graphics for clean cutting before heat pressing.
